What is Ada Assistant?
It's an AI chatbot for businesses. It learns from your website and documents and answers your customers on your site and on WhatsApp around the clock, captures leads and lets you know when a person is needed.
Do I need to code to install it?
No. For your website you just paste one line of code, and it works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, PrestaShop and any other platform. If you prefer, you can send the instructions to your web developer from the dashboard. WhatsApp connects in a few clicks with your Facebook account.
Where does Ada get its answers from?
From your website pages and the documents you upload (PDFs, images, Excel sheets, text files, price lists, catalogues…). It answers with your information and, if it doesn't know, it says so and invites the customer to leave their details so you can get back to them. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so test it before going live.
Can I use the WhatsApp chatbot and keep the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Ada uses Meta's official API with coexistence: your number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while Ada replies automatically. You can step into any conversation whenever you want.
How much does it cost?
The Basic plan is €10 a month and Premium, with WhatsApp and unlimited replies, is €30 a month. You start with a 7-day free trial, no card required. Replying to customers who message you on WhatsApp has no Meta fee; only messages you start yourself (templates) may be charged.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
You choose the plan that suits you and carry on exactly as before. If you don't pick one, the assistant stops replying. There are no surprise charges because we don't ask for a card for the trial.
What does Ada do when it doesn't know the answer?
It tells the customer it doesn't have that information, asks for their contact details and emails them to you along with the conversation so you can reply.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in whatever language the customer writes in: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Catalan and many more. If your information is only in Spanish, it still finds it and answers in the customer's language.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're a Spanish company, we process data under the GDPR, and the AI runs on OpenAI's business API, which doesn't use that data to train its models. You decide what Ada learns and can delete it at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There's no minimum term: change plan or cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.
